Connect Shopify so your agent can answer order questions and take guided actions on a customer’s behalf.

Common use cases

  • Look up customer profiles and order history.
  • Check order status and tracking details.
  • Cancel or update orders when needed.
  • Create discount codes.
  • Manage subscription updates if you use Shopify subscriptions.

Use Workflows to control exactly when the agent is allowed to take actions like refunds or cancellations.

Most Shopify actions require an order number, customer email, or Shopify ID, so your Flow should collect those details first.

Set up the connector

  1. Open Connectors and click New.
  2. Choose Shopify and enter your store URL.
  3. Authorize access in Shopify.

Shopify will show the permissions the connector needs. Approve to complete the connection.

Use in a Flow

Add a Connector node in a Flow and select the Shopify action you need. The connector output can be used to craft the agent response.

If you only want read-only access, limit actions in your Flow to lookups and status checks.
